Well, hello, 2015!
Oh, mylanta... the end of 2014 ripped out my heart and dropped the New Year's Eve ball on it, letting it roll around on it for a few days. However, I've managed to scrape it off the ground & shove it back in my chest, where it has slowly regained its off-beat rhythm.
Since I wasn't able to wish y'all a happy new year, I wanted to wish you one now. ☺
Many have asked what I'm working on now, if anything, since the For Always series is complete, so I wanted to let you know that, yes, I am working on something... several things, as a matter of fact.
Unleashed
"Unleashed" is a young adult novella that's currently being edited/revised & will be available on Amazon very soon, possibly by the end of the week or beginning of next, and available in print soon after. I'll post the release day on my facebook page & will have the link to purchase it on my website.Feels Like Rain
"Feels Like Rain" (title subject to change) is a spin-off from my recently completed For Always series. This will be a stand-alone novel that will focus on a character named Jet, who is an empath. He is a character that was introduced at the end of book three, For Eternity. This is not a fourth book in the FA series and you don't have to have read the FA series to read this one. It is nearing completion and will have to go through the editing process before publication, which I hope will be late spring/early summer. To make sure you don't miss it, or any of my other releases, you can follow this blog or my Amazon Author page.
Title Unknown
My next WIP is also a YA novel and it's not paranormal *insert gasps here*. I'm really excited about this one—my first contemporary fiction novel! I've practically written the entire thing inside my head, I just have to finish "Feels Like Rain" so I can put it down on paper.
This novel will be partially based on a true story—partially—which I'm sure will make it even more special to me and those who know me. If you don't know me or the story behind this story, I hope it still touches your heart in some way.
And this is what I'm doing now; writing, editing, revising, all while being hurried along by the characters who are waiting to tell their stories. Along with the characters in my head, you, too, will have to wait... but I'm hurrying!
